How do I transcribe a meeting on my phone?
Choose Meeting and record. Voice Export tells each speaker apart and labels who said what, and you can rename speakers in one tap. Meeting mode is included in Plus and Pro.
Can Voice Export transcribe audio and video files?
Yes, on Plus and Pro. Import an audio or video file and get its transcript; from a video only the sound is uploaded.
Which languages does it understand?
It detects the language by itself, or you can choose one, and it handles more than one language in the same recording.
Can I save a transcript as Word or PDF?
Yes. Copy the text, share it, or save it as a PDF or Word file.
Is Voice Export free?
Yes. Free includes 20 minutes a month, up to 2 minutes per recording. Plus (60 minutes a month, up to 15 per recording, Meeting mode and file import) and Pro (300 minutes a month, up to 60 per recording) are monthly subscriptions. There are no ads.
What happens to my recordings?
With your permission, the audio is sent to our server and to Google's AI (Gemini) to make the transcript, and we delete our copy right after. Your transcripts are saved only on your phone. AI can make mistakes, so check anything important.
